Karpaten Irbis Wednesday
CAN CH UKC CH Int CH Karpaten Irbis Wednesday TDCH DM RE SDM CDX VDA VS D 1 AZP 1 VGP 1 FW: V

Wednesday is the foundation female for vom Zamora.

When I got Wednesday as a 10 week old puppy, I had an open mind and not many expectations. It was her that was going to drive me in the direction that I was meant to go.

In the short time she has been here, Wednesday has surpassed my expectations of what a balanced dog is. Settles well in the house but can put on her working hat and deliver a great performance in many skills that I ask her to do. She has a playful and silly nature about her that is welcoming to people and other dogs of both genders. She demonstrates biddability in training and strives to do the right thing. But also balances that with enough independence and outside the box thinking to perform many tasks on her own. For me, she showcases versatility wonderfully, excelling not only in hunting on land and in water, but also has the drive to train and compete in other sports such as Rally, Obedience, Scent Detection, Dock Diving, Conformation, Shed Hunting, Skijoring, and starting some agility for fun. She is very affectionate and is easily reinforced by food and toys when training. Lastly, she has influenced me to be a better trainer. An intellectual dog, who thrives on latent learning, minimal reps, and is three steps ahead in thinking has made me stay up on my toes in doing her justice.

DKV Breed Eligible

Wednesday passed her Derby test with perfect scores and a prize 1. She was structurally evaluated at the Zuchtschau receiving a V "Excellent" rating. Wednesday passed her AZP with a prize 1 and also passed the DKV health tests with great results HD-A2, ED-0, OCD-Free, evaluated by Dr. Wolfram Lemmer.

Demonstrating proficiency, Wednesday also tested in the VGP (JGHV finished dog working test) and passed with a prize 1!

We are very proud of Wednesday who has demonstrated accountability in temperament, stability, working, performance, and adaptability.
Wednesday is also CHICH certified with the OFA which includes further health testing suggestions for the breed.
